These Terms of Service apply to your use of TrueForeclosure.net, a public records research service operated by SmartCities LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
TrueForeclosure.net is primarily a free public records research service. Free access, county coverage, report availability, update frequency, and specific features may vary by county, source availability, technical limits, and maintenance needs.
Optional paid subscriptions may be offered for expanded county access, alerts, saved searches, premium data tools, or higher update priority. Paid plans may include monthly subscription billing per county. Current Premium service is offered for Miami-Dade County at $5/month after any applicable trial. Additional county pricing may be added later.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel anytime. Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial-month periods.
Trial offers, when available, may require a payment method at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the listed price.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Paid charges may appear as SMARTCITIES-TF. TrueForeclosure.net does not store full credit card numbers.
TrueForeclosure.net organizes information from public records and county-related sources. Public records data may contain errors, omissions, formatting issues, delays, cancellations, reposted sales, or other changes. We do not guarantee that any report is complete, current, or error-free.
TrueForeclosure.net provides research tools and organized public records information. It does not provide legal, financial, real estate, or investment advice. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information and consulting qualified professionals before making decisions.
You are responsible for verifying sale dates, property details, title issues, liens, redemption rights, bidding rules, payment deadlines, and all other material facts with the official county source or appropriate professionals.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, county coverage, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
